磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)是合(he)成的抑(yi)菌(jun)(jun)藥(yao)(yao)，抗(kang)菌(jun)(jun)譜(pu)廣，對(dui)大多數革蘭(lan)(lan)氏(shi)陽性(xing)和(he)許多革蘭(lan)(lan)氏(shi)陰性(xing)細菌(jun)(jun)有(you)效。但(dan)個別菌(jun)(jun)種的菌(jun)(jun)株可能對(dui)其(qi)耐藥(yao)(yao)。磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)通(tong)過競(jing)爭性(xing)抑(yi)制葉酸代謝循環(huan)中(zhong)的對(dui)氨基苯(ben)甲酸而抑(yi)制細菌(jun)(jun)性(xing)增殖。細菌(jun)(jun)對(dui)各種磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)藥(yao)(yao)物(wu)的敏感性(xing)都相同(tong)，對(dui)一(yi)種磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)耐藥(yao)(yao)意(yi)味著對(dui)所有(you)的磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)藥(yao)(yao)物(wu)耐藥(yao)(yao)。大多數磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)藥(yao)(yao)物(wu)經口服吸(xi)收良好.但(dan)可溶性(xing)磺(huang)胺(an)(an)鹽類(lei)(lei)為強堿性(xing),對(dui)組織(zhi)有(you)刺激作用,故(gu)難以用于胃腸外途徑。磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)標準品即是對(dui)食物(wu)和(he)動物(wu)組織(zhi)中(zhong)的磺(huang)胺(an)(an)類(lei)(lei)藥(yao)(yao)物(wu)的殘留進行檢測。
